Bag Filter
Bag filters are one of the most popular, effective and cost efficient ways to clean hot gas streams of particulate matter. This makes it perfect for varied industrial uses, especially for controlling air pollution. Using filtration system control the pollutants in a hot gas air flow has the obvious benefit that it allows a company to match its filtering exactly to the specifications of its applications and business. Salient features of Bag Filters
Fabric Filters can remove 99.97% or more of dust particulate including ultrafine particles of less than 3 micron diameter and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Fabric Filters are used to collect particulates:
- in Boilers using fossil or other fuels,
- in Iron, Steel and Non-ferrous metallurgical industries;
- in integrated Cement works, Mining and Rock products;
- in Incinerators, Waste-to-Energy plants and
- in many other miscellaneous dust collection applications.
